At hautecut.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

📦 How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the product (in case of damage/defect)

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

✅ Approved Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or phone. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds are issued via:

  • The original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • Bank transfer or UPI (for COD orders)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Personal care items (due to hygiene reasons), if applicable

📦 Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the approved time:

  1. Check your bank or UPI app

  2. Contact your bank/card provider (some processing delays may occur)
